"You are what you think. What you are arises from your thoughts. With your thoughts you shape your world." -Buddha-

Buddha is often translated as "the enlightened one" or "the awakened one“. Because Buddha always radiates positive energy and fills every room with warmth, bliss and peace.

The works in which I integrate Buddha are intended to transport the viewer into his world, which is free of negative assertions and shows a life full of love and satisfaction. This generates new impulses that inspire to deepen one's own mindfulness practice in a joyful, relaxed and creative way.

My art is always accompanied by three POWER words, which can also be found in my paintings and which are meant to help the viewers to develop their own self-confidence.

1. “Thankful": Gratitude is the most important component of satisfaction. To be happy, we should not constantly think about what we might be missing, but should look more at the things we have. Because even if this does not change the situation, a different view of it can help us to be more confident.

2. "Love": Love is the law of life and to love means to fulfill this law. If this law is fulfilled, it means eternal peace and everlasting happiness.

3. "Peace" (Shanti): If a person is at peace with himself, then he is also at peace with his fate and with his fellow human beings. Only then does he experience inner peace. Peace fills our being internally and externally and is the only living reality.
